Cabalaoangan DayCare Center History

Cabalaoangan DayCare Center of today was the product of the rural DayCare Center Act of 1988 a braibchild of a distinguished Pangasinan Educator in Dr. Pedro Orata. Then barrio Lieutenant Eulogio S. Tomas and Porais barrio Lieutenant Ramon Lagmay sought the assistance of former mayor Arturo B. Pascual to establish a Barrio DayCare Center in their respective barrios. Hence, in March 1968 Cabalaoangan Barrio DayCare Center and Porais Barrio DayCare Center were born. These twin DayCare Center were the oldest outside the city proper.
Cabalaoangan DayCare Center , from 1988 to 1991, was temporarily housed at the elementary compound. Through the initiative of Mrs. Jocelyne G. Azarcon, the first Head Teacher III and the president of the PTA a new site was purchased and became s home, with three Bagong Lipunan School Building classrooms constructed in  May 1981, for the Juniors and Senoirs. The new site is just thirty to forthy meters away from the elementary. It was bought from Mr. Nicolas Latina and measured 4,000 square meters relatively small for growing DayCare Center. More BLSB classrooms came in the succeeding years until finally the first graduation was held 1985 – 1986 when the first stage was constructed. As school years passed and through managerial expertise of school heads, Cabalaoangan DayCare Center has been transformed from s small struggling school to an ideal institution of learning.

DayCare Center Introduction

The DayCare Center Improvement Plan is one of the most important documents that a school keeps. It contains strategic plans the school has to undertake for a certain period of time. A minimum of three years and maximum of five years implementation is targeted and envisioned for its successful realization. The SIP, being meticulously prepared by stakeholders, creates better programs and plan that lead to improvement. It gives clear details on the vision, mission and objectives of the school and optimistically plans a timetable for the attainment. It is blue print that serves a stakeholders guide that will ascertain improvement of the school particularly on its academics, physical and moral aspects. The success in the implementation of the SIP chiefly depends on the collaborative efforts of both the external stakeholders.
